Deep Clean
A deep clean will get your home prepared for weekly-monthly cleanings.
It is a time consuming clean that covers the floors-Ceilings. We clean the tops of all cabinets, cabinet doors, doors & handles, light switches. The insides of all Windows, all reachable & accessible light fixtures. If the height is over 10 ft, please provide a ladder) . Cleaning all Fans. This deep clean includes washing all baseboards . Dusting & polishing all woods. Wiping & shining all counters & flat surfaces. All bathrooms top to bottom. I’m the kitchen we will clean the exterior of all appliances. If you would like to Add the interior of any appliance please see the price list ( I’ll send it separately ) . Vacuuming all floors, corners and furnature. Wiping & polishing all Leather furniture. Bathrooms are cleaned & shined top to bottom.
Blinds that need a little extra love( more than a Swiffer) are $20.00 each. This is a very detailed and time consuming process for the first clean. There is always a possibility that the cords may snap during a clean. Due to the constant sun, heat, cold put on windows & the materials a lot of the cords dry-rot over time. We are careful, of course, but it’s a possibility.
Deep Cleans are needed to get back on schedule if you miss your scheduled cleanings by 4 weeks.
Monthly Cleanings
Our monthly cleanings are every 4 weeks to avoid any scheduling conflicts. If you miss one monthly clean, you will need a Deep Clean to get back on Schedule.
A Monthly Clean includes wiping all handles and fingerprints from cabinet faces. Wiping all counters & window sills, swifter dusting all blinds. Dusting and polishing all woods. Exteriors of all appliances. Cleaning all entrance doors & glass. Spot cleaning all interior windows as needed. Swifter dusting all fans and light fixtures. Vacuuming all baseboards, floors, corners & cloth furniture. Wiping and cleaning all Leather furniture. All bathtubs and showers were scrubbed & shined. Bathrooms are cleaned top to bottom each cleaning.
Bi-Weekly Cleanings
(Every other week) This is our most requested service & best for busy families who like to pick up themselves , but love a little assistance with the scrubbing.
